Account Executive

We’re looking for an account executive with strategic communications and public relations experience. They must deliver excellent work, independently manage priorities and enthusiastically collaborate with team members and clients.

The person we want is curious, resilient, inclusive and committed to quality. They will support multiple accounts in healthcare, manufacturing, energy and agriculture, and have an opportunity to contribute to the agency’s culture and overall success.

Benefits
We offer health insurance through United Healthcare and pay 100% of employees’ premiums. Dental and vision insurance are also offered. We also provide a 401k with 5% employer match, profit sharing and 12 weeks of paid family leave for all employees.

Employees with 1-3 years of consecutive service will have 18 days of additional PTO; employees with 3-5 years of consecutive service will have 22 days; and employees with 5 or more years of consecutive service will have unlimited PTO. The number of PTO days available during a person’s first year of employment will be negotiated during the hiring process and depend on factors including hire date, seniority, etc.

Our policies prioritize personal responsibility. We trust and expect that everyone on the team manages their work and schedule in a way that gets the job done without being a burden on others. All employees have the freedom and flexibility to work whenever and wherever they are most productive. That translates to unlimited day-to-day flexibility to adjust your schedule for doctor’s appointments, errands, mental health days and more without needing to tap into PTO.

Responsibilities
The account executive would support account leads in activating various communications, PR and marketing tactics—from research and content development to media pitching and reporting. This person should have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and deliver exceptional work.
