After more than three decades of creative service to clients and helping build our agency, Doug Frazier is stepping away at the end of this year.
Beginning his career at FrazierHeiby in 1985 after graduating from The Ohio State University, Doug proved himself an invaluable member of the team. His knack for creativity, boisterous demeanor and contagious smile will surely be missed.
Doug is humbled by the years’ many projects and accomplishments — from rebranding Franklin County Residential Services as Boundless to helping Frigidaire celebrate its 85th anniversary to providing meaningful, hands-on internships for nearly 200 students. Most of all, he’s proud to have worked in an agency where implicit trust, hard work and smart solutions were ingrained in its culture.
While his time as an employee and owner ends on December 31, 2020, Doug will remain the firm’s biggest cheerleader and a close friend to Lauren, Ann and Whitney as they continue to lead the agency into the future. FrazierHeiby will return to its roots as a 100% women-owned business on January 1, 2021.
“We began planning this transition more than two years ago and 2020 has cemented my belief that Lauren, Ann and Whitney are the leaders the firm needs now,” said Doug. “They have guided our team and clients through a trying year with grace, compassion and fearlessness — I’m so excited to watch what they do next.”
